I ventured out to Red Rock Country Club yesterday to meet with a client and was able to get a few photos that I wanted to pass along.
This Howard Hughes community in Summerlin is one of the most prestigious in the Las Vegas Valley. There are many communities built around golf courses in Las Vegas. However, Red Rock Country Club is true country club living. You’ll find two Arnold Palmer designed golf courses; one is private and the other is public. Members also have access to their sister golf course, Sienna Golf Club.
The Red Rock Country Club offers a number of different memberships to suit your tastes. If you are thinking tennis, they have Court Think. Court Think is the owner of the Vic Braden Tennis College; one of the finest tennis teaching organizations in the world. Pool and Spa facilities are available as well.

One of our competitors has taken aim at us. Not that that matters much, the world of real estate blogging will belong to no one individual, not even a hot shot. It is just plainly too big out there.
However, for the record, I note this important information about the Undressed Network. Kathleen and I are the visible people, mostly my name is out there. We have two hot shot kids, a college graduate and soon to be computer science University of Washington graduate that guide us technically. We have a wordpress and technology guru that helps us daily.
We bring the best of both worlds to our agent clients. Real estate experience and technical blogging expertise. LJ, a son in law claims you have to play in your own sand box. I guess that is technology talk. LJ says you have to live it, do it, try it out. We play in our own sandbox with the techie kids backing us up.
Kathleen and I recently attended Inman Connect in New York City. This was my 5th. We came back with new things to implement, one went live today. However, it was funny how the so called experts on one blogging panel (none agents) had all this advice that was just plain bad. It reminded me how last summer at Inman Connect one of our competitors so over exaggerated how many site visits to expect she was nearly laughed off the stage.
Join us and you join a blog network by agents for agents with techie backup help. And if a sales person tries to scare you about this stuff, don’t listen. It’s more than SEO, and you the agent that knows your community is way ahead of the SEO expert.

I started my blogging journey May of 2006. I started my real estate technology journey many years earlier. I am what my son calls an early adapter. We laugh, I bought my first Apple Computer before they had any real programs. It had a game, Breakout, that was it. Then they added a space game… Hey where were the programs I would ask? Coming soon they would say. Well they arrived and we are on our merry journey.
So what about you?
Technology should increase your business, not take over instead of your business.
That applies to blogs.
So far, almost all bloggers, and for sure the blogging vendors pitch technology. They hold classes, stress SEO, and make it intimidating.
This is wrong, wrong, wrong – and we feel a major reason blogging for business is still limited and even not successful.
OUR SIMPLE APPROACH CAN WORK FOR YOU!
1- Learn how to post an article Click here to see how easy..
2- Learn how to add a photo. It’s the same, easy. It is easy, it is easy, it is easy.
3- Write articles with photos. Write almost daily. Be brief. Get 10 articles live.
4- Send people to your blog, meet people and tell them about your blog. It works.
You have a business don’t get sidetracked. Don’t be intimidated. Local targeted blogs are Google power. Keep it simple and you can enhance your business. It works.
Here are some examples for REALTORS: Issaquah Undressed.com and Gig Harbor Undressed.com
And new examples of how to go beyond real estate. Ashlar Undressed and Healthy Chocolate Undressed. Watch them grow.
