Don’t be fooled by the Techie talk… it is easier than they say.

There are blog providers that want you to think their SEO whiz is what gets you to the front page of Google. Good blog technology, plus a good network, plus your steady writing on important local and real estate topics is most of the work.

If you hear a blog provider try and wow you with what they can teach you about SEO - run for the hills. You are an agent, not a techie. Become a techie - bye bye as an agent.

You may have heard that you should spend two hours a day meeting people, prospecting. OK, use the blog for that. Spend half that time writing and half that time touching people using your blog as the topic or the touch.
